The authors present an extremely rare case of a 24-year-old man with embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) of the larynx derived from striated muscle. 18 years after radical surgery involving total resection of the larynx a proliferative process of the lymphatic system appeared (Hodgkin's lymphoma NSII). The primary diagnosis of the tumor was valuated upon immunohistochemical analysis. On the basis of reports in the literature we tried to analyze the prevalence in adults, various methods of therapy and long-term outcome of treatment in patients with RMS of the larynx.
