The article discusses the epidemiology, diagnosis, and treatment of Helicobacter pylori, Campylobacter jejuni and Yersinia enterocolitica infection in children. In the face of the fast growing resistance to antibiotics, decisions on antibiotic therapy should be carefully evaluated.
