Celem pracy było przedstawienie pacjentów hospitalizowanych w przeciągu roku w Oddziale Reumatologii Centralnego Szpitala Klinicznego (CSK) MSWiA od 1.04.2004 r. do 1.12.2005 r. z powodu zespołu antyfosfolipidowego o ciężkim przebiegu, współistniejącego z innymi chorobami tkanki łącznej. Badaną grupę stanowiło 14 pacjentek, u których zespół antyfosfolipidowy występował w przebiegu tocznia rumieniowatego układowego (12 przypadków) i zespołu Sjögrena (2 przypadki). Praca obejmuje analizę objawów klinicznych oraz zastosowanych metod diagnostycznych.
