Histamine is biogenic anim widespread in plant and animal world. The synthesis of histamine was discovering by Windausa and Vogta in 1907. Pharmacological property of histamine is marginally known by clinics and pharmacologist, because of over 100 histamine is interesting for physiologist. Histamine play the module role in physiological are pathological conditions by his receptors H1, H2, H3. Histamine is neurotransmitter for hormonal and allergic homeostasis and blood pressure. Histamine is monoamin, which takes part in menstruation and pregnant cycles, milk ejaculation in physiology and pathological galactorrhea in gland mammal disease. Histamine accelerates mammal gland cells metabolism and early cells answers by receptors H2. Histamine is early immunology mediator answer in mammal gland cells at benign and malign changes in the breast. There is interaction between histamine and grow factors, which provide to proliferated changes and scare in mammal gland of the breast.
