Chronic venous disease is a long-lasting morphological or functional abnormality of the venous system leading to the occurrence of symptoms that require diagnosis and appropriate management. There are many risk factors for this disease. One of them is age, and many older people additionally suffer from ischemia of the lower limbs, which is an additional challenge in the case of diseases. The paper describes a case of a 75-year-old woman with varicose veins on the right side. The patient was diagnosed with an incompetent right great saphenous vein and varicose veins on the thigh and calf. We performed endovenous laser treatment of the right great saphenous vein with miniphlebectomy of varicose veins around the medial ankle. Sclerotherapy of varicose veins on the thigh and ankle has been postponed. The patient wore a compression stocking (23-32 mm Hg) before and after the procedures. In the interview, a year before the phlebological procedures, the patient suffered from critical ischemia of the right lower limb. The patient had angioplasty of the right common iliac artery with implantation of a stent and a good hemodynamic effect. The phlebological procedures and the post-treatment period were without complications. The proposed treatment eliminated the severe venous symptoms reported by the patient and brought the desired cosmetic effect.
