Iatrogenic false aneurysms are the most common complication after endovascular procedures that may need conservative or operative treatment. Failure to recognize them may lead to other complications, including the patient’s death. In our article we present ultrasound diagnostics of false aneurysms and we describe the treatment methods of this serious complication.
