Infectious diseases will always be the social and clinical problem, regardless technological progress, however the diseases profile as well as clinical image undergo constant evolution. Knowledge about infectious diseases, including tropical diseases, in details about epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, methods of therapy and prophylaxis has undergone an extraordinary expansion during last ten years.
