Lymphangiomas are a heterogeneous group of benign vascular malformations of the lymphatic system composed of cystically dilated lymphatics. They commonly present as a mass particularly in the head and neck areas. Cervicofacial lymphangioma is uncommon, representing fewer than 6% of benign tumors of childhood. The aim of this paper is to present a case of a large cervicofacial lymphangioma.
