1. The deadline for submitting abstracts: February 22, 2026.
2. Notification of acceptance: March 8, 2026.
3. Authors may submit more than one abstract.
4. The author indicates the form of presentation (poster or oral presentation); the final form of presentation will be confirmed after the reviewers' decision on the qualification of a given abstract.
5. The length of the abstract is limited to 200 words (including spaces). This number does not include the title, authors' names, and their affiliations.
6. Abstract structure:
- Category: ORIGINAL PAPERS or CASE REPORT
- Title, authors (full names) and their affiliations (full official names of institutions, city, country), presenter (full name, email, phone number) and keywords (max. 6).
7. The content of the abstract should follow the layout:
- for original papers - Introduction, Objective, Material and methods, Results, Conclusions.
- for case studies - Introduction, Case description, Discussion, Conclusions.
8. Each submission will be anonymously evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
9. Submission of an abstract is equivalent to obtaining the consent of all co-authors.
10. The person sending the abstracts is automatically entered as the contact person.
11. The condition for presenting an abstract is registration for the conference and payment of the registration fee.
