1/ How to register - individual participant
A user account on Termedia.pl is required to register. If you do not have an account, one will be created during registration. If you already have an account, log in and press the REGISTER button. The data will automatically fill in, but you can correct it. Check if your e-mail and phone number are up to date. We will send you information about the event through these channels.  

2/ How do I get an invoice for payment?
On the registration form, please provide full details for invoicing. Once your payment has been credited, you will receive a document to the email address provided.  

3/ Are there educational points given for attending the event?
Yes.  

4/ Are there certificates of participation in the event?
Yes, certificates will be available to download in the "PARTICIPANT'S FILE" tab after the event.
