Treatment of vertigo and dizziness

Vertigo and dizziness are one of the most common presenting complaints in clinical practice. Various diseases may cause vertigo and dizziness, but the most frequent disease is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. There is no ideal method of treatment. Possible options include: pharmacotherapy, canalith repositioning procedures and vestibular rehabilitation.
