Eagle’s syndrome is a rare condition caused by the elongation of the styloid process or calcification of the stylohyoid ligament. This article presents the case of a 51-year-old patient with severe left-sided throat and neck pain radiating to the ear. A 3D reconstructed computed tomography scan revealed an elongated and calcified styloid process compressing adjacent structures. The patient underwent a successful styloidectomy using a combined intraoral and external approach, which led to significant clinical improvement. Despite its rarity and nonspecific symptoms, Eagle’s syndrome should be considered in the differential diagnosis, particularly in cases of spontaneous carotid artery dissection or unexplained neurological symptoms.
