The authors present a case report of a patient with primarily diagnosed acute purulent sphenoiditis with an intracranial complication, meningitis, while during the surgery a CSF leak was found. It is important to be familiar with the term “idiopathic or non-traumatic rhinorrhea” and when we can deal with it in our medical practice.
