Improvement of efficacy of the treatment in oncological diseases increase the population of cured but infertile people. It is a lot of limitation in the pharmacological and surgical prevention of fertility. The cryoprotection of the gametes and germinal tissues have important meaning in oncofertility. The progress in reproductive medicine and cryobiology allows to protect better fertility among oncological patients. Sperm freezing and banking is the basic method by male. By woman oocyte/embryo cryopreservation are the options of fertility protection. Ovarian tissue cryopreservation and grafting is new, and more and more effective option of the treatment.
