A practical approach to the differential diagnosis of broad QRS complex tachycardia

The article reviews the most important clinical data and electrocardiographic criteria useful in differential diagnosis of broad QRS complex tachycardia. All criteria are illustrated with ECG tracings. Three systematic approaches to differential diagnosis are described: Brugada algorithm, Bayesian approach and aVR algorithm.
