The subject of the analyzes are two possible situations (that means infertility and sterility) and connected with them legal and financial consequences. The author takes a stand that medical treatment in a case of the infertility should be financed but the situation of the sterility should be qualified in a different way. However it is possible to acquire pregnancy in result of using the techniques of medically assisted procreation (IVF-ET, in vitro fertilization embryo transfer) but there are no legal regulation that gives a right to possess a child.
