Prevalence of coronary risk factors in young adults in Polish population

In Polish population of young adults aged 18-34 years high prevalence of metabolic and environmental coronary risk factors is observed. In concerns especially overweight and obesity, smoking, hyperlipidemia, overconsumption of saturated fatty acids and sedentary lifestyle. Implementation of effective prevention in this age group is needed. It concernes mainly lifestyle measures.
