Based on our own 20 years of observation, prevention and immunotherapy for precancerous changes of the cervix and efficiency of vaccination against 4 types of human papillomavirus are discussed. Prevention and immunotherapy were performed in women immunopotentialized by vaccine of coccoidal and weakened forms of Lactobacillus vaginalis. Ten cases of iatrogenic oncological negligence are described.
