Abstract
Knowledge about pathogenesis of allergic diseases shows us the way for therapeutic control of clinical symptoms. The main direction is to influence the allergic inflammation. Many steps of allergic reactions are under pharmacological control but still many of them need further investigation. In the review only some clinically acceptable methods of therapy have been presented, with special stress laid on anti-inflammatory, synergic action against allergic reaction.
