The comparative researches have been carried out in the field of the isolation rate and qualitative composition of bacterial flora isolated from the crural skin from 30 healthy persons (15 women and 15 men) and 33 persons (18 women, 15 men) sick with the crural ulceration in case of chronic venous insufficiency. It has been observed that the number of persons with positive results of the bacterological and numbers of bacterial isolation are comparatire among the persons from the two groups. The main differences are in the qualitative composition of bacterial flora, and in the co-existance of the different kinds and species of bacteria. Among the healthy persons there have been isolated mainly saprophitical bacteria: S. viridans, S. epidermidis, Bacillus sp. and Micrococcus sp. and among the patients pathogenic bacteria: S. aureus, P. aeruginosa i E. coli. Moreover, among the healthy persons there have been observed single and double isolations and araong the patients, single, double and triple isolations.
