The paper summarizes current guidelines on allergy prevention and available methods of immuntherapy. It also describes recommendations of symptomatic treatment of respiratory tract infections, the newest modifications in vaccination schedule and rules for DHA supplementation. The new algorithms are also discussed concerning: gastroesophageal reflux, inflamatory bowel diseases and enteral nutrition. Finally the paper draws attention to the problem of legal higts and corresponding legal regulations.
