Differences in pharmacological therapy of heart failure

There is no discussion, that pharmacological treatment of the elderly has same distinct features from general population. These differences, however, always should be considered in respect to individual diseases. The other important problem is to establish who is the elderly in medicine. The heart failure as a good example of all existing doubts is presented in this paper.
