Rheumatic symptoms in the course of malignant tumour can
be caused by musculoskeletal metastases and often precede tumour disease symptoms.
In cases of unclassified arthritis with a violent eruption and untypical rheumatic symptoms the diagnosis must be verified again. Sometimes treatment of malignant neoplasm may cause
a withdrawal of rheumatic symptoms.
