Authors evaluted the content of nuclear DNA in malignant and benign tumors of face and oral cavity in 30
rautinely treated cases. The results obtained were and identical in both groups examined, were a surprise for as, as we expected the higher number of aneuploidy in the group of malignant tumors. The article conforms that the evaluation of the nuclear DNA content can not form the basis for differentiating the malignancy of the tumor as well as the prognosis of the disease.
