Hibernoma of the neck – case report of rare adipose tissue tumor

A hibernoma is a rare, soft tissue tumor composed of vestiges of brown fat tissue. Hibernoma presents usually as an asymptomatic mass until the tumor presses adjacent tissues. Radical excision is the treatment of choice. We report a case of hibernoma of the neck in 45-year-old man.
