SUBMIT YOUR WORK


    Dear Colleagues,

    We warmly invite you to submit abstracts for presentation during the conference.

    Abstract submission deadline: 21 September 2026
    Notification of acceptance or rejection: 9 October 2026

    Authors may submit more than one abstract.

    All abstracts will undergo anonymous review by the Scientific Committee. Accepted works will be presented during the poster session as a 5-minute oral presentation.

    Abstracts must be submitted in English. The abstract text, excluding the title, author details, and affiliations, must not exceed 450 words.

    The submission should include:

    • title,
    • full names of the author and all co-authors,
    • full name of the presenting author,
    • e-mail address and telephone number of the presenting author,
    • full affiliations of all authors, including the official name of the institution, city and country,
    • up to 6 keywords.

    The abstract should be structured as follows:

    • Introduction,
    • Aim,
    • Materials and Methods,
    • Results,
    • Conclusions.

    Submission of an abstract confirms that approval has been obtained from all co-authors and the head of the relevant institution.

    The person submitting the abstract will be designated as the corresponding author.

    The presenting author of a work accepted for the poster session will receive complimentary conference registration.

 

How to Submit an Abstract

Before submitting an abstract, you must first register as a participant of the conference (see the "Registration" tab).

Abstracts that do not meet the above criteria and the abstract preparation requirements outlined above will not be considered.

The abstract must be submitted electronically via the submission panel above.

Submission of a manuscript requires the consent of all co-authors.

For poster submissions, please prepare your poster in accordance with the following technical requirements:

  • File format: JPG or PDF
  • Single slide
  • Portrait orientation
  • Aspect ratio: 9:16
  • Resolution: 1080 × 1920 pixels
  • Font size: at least 8 pt
  • The file name should include the author's surname and the title of the submission.
