A case of pulmonary Aspergillosis and Candidosis in the patient with short-term chemotherapy induced neutropenia is described. Diagnosis was based on X ray picture and isolation of Aspergillus fumigatus and Candida kefyr in bronchial lavage and pleural fluid. Amphotericin B, itraconazol and filgrastim were used for treatment.
