Without a doubt, a problem child abused growing. This leads to the fact that many children growing up in conditions that physically and mentally disabling them for life. Child abuse is a public health problem, which need to develop skills to recognize the phenomenon of child abuse is extremely important.

Nurses working in a department of pediatric surgery, must necessarily be familiar with the symptoms apparent in the subjective and objective examination of the child, and have the ability to search for evidence of all forms of violence. But most important is to develop sensitivity, awareness and personal responsibility. Only then the chance of breaking-up of child abuse increases.
