Endometrial pathology such as endometrial hyperplasia and carcinoma are serious problem for gynaecologist, especially in patient planned for hormonal replacement therapy. Nowadays using transvaginal sonography comparying with endometrial biopsy and curretage there are many trials leading to diagnostics algotith of endometrium. Based on Polish Mothers’ Memorial Hospital – Research Institute material authors attempted to create own diagnostic screening algorithm of endometrial pathology in postmenopausal women.
