Cutaneous T-cell lymphomas are a hete-rogeneous group of lymphopro-liferative disorders. Non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas make up 4.5% of all cancers and 12%-15% of all lymphomas have T-cell origin. The subject is a 24- year-old man, who was admitted to the Department of Dermatology from the Contagious Department with the chief complaints of weight loss (12 kg during one year) and fever. The first skin lesions appeared 4 months before hospita-lization with pruritus. The preliminary histological diagnosis from the skin biopsy specimen was lympho-ma, so the patient was sent to the Diagnostic and Observation Ward of the Centre of Oncology in Bydgoszcz, where after diagnostic work-up, staging of the disease and systemic chemotherapy with the CHOP scheme was initiated.
