Many cancer patients in its advanced stadium suffers pain. There are two cases of cancer pain discussed in this paper, and these patients suffered severe constipation when the treatment with a strong opioid appeared necessary. The strategy of combined both opioid antagonist and opioid agonist treatment of cancer pain has been raised. Good pain control was achieved in presented clinical cases, with a complete restoration of regular daily bowel movements.
