Distant results of long-acting gonadoliberin analogue at girls with central premature puberty (CPP) and early normal puberty (ENP) according to achieved final height and sexual maturation were compared.
It was stated, that gonadoliberin analogues treatment at girls with CPP fulfils therapeutic expectations in relation to improvement of final height and sexual maturation after discontinuing of treatment. However, there is still necessity of careful monitoring of treated girls in relation to rate of height. Employment of gonadoliberin analogues in treatment girls with ENP may improve realization of final height, however that girls require careful diagnostic of growth hormone disorders and chronic disease which impair normal development of child in prepubertal period.
