Factors affecting patient satisfaction with nursing care in the literature review

Patient satisfaction with nursing care is one of the main factors influencing patient satisfaction with health care. Because of all health care workers, nurses are most frequently in touch with the patient, patient satisfaction with health care is largely seen from the nursing perspective.
