Authors described their own material of 93 patients with uterine, ovarian and breast cancer. They were treated with surgery and/or radiotherapy and subsequently undergone hormonal replacement therapy. Clinical informations are presented here. Authors presented the results of 4–6 year observations, especially for recurrent cancer HRT seemed to be safe from oncological point of view in this group.
