Quality of life in patients with lumbar spine pain syndromes

Introduction. Discopathy of lumbar spine ineluctable give rise to reduce life quality. Reduce spine dysfunction level enable to lead congenial
to normal sociable, professed and family life procedure belong to medicative and nursing care task.

Aim of the study
. Efficiency rating of action pain contrary in spine pain unit on work realize quality.

Material and methods. Delve was carry conducted among in 156 random people with lumbar spine pain unit. Research was carry trough in 2009
year. Researching instruments were Pain Function Scale (BPFS) and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) scales rating patient life quality with back pain.
Results. In research takes part 156 people, where 94 people were possessors of secondary education. Among clinical effect dominated
pains in lumbar-back area (106 people) and 66 people said that effort intensify pain doing movement or sitting work. Among patients who
absorbed pain-killers, only for 23 people (14.74%) pain elimination is possible at all.

Conclusions. Effort intensify pain during doing movement or sitting work, but most of pollsters (45.51%) can function at daily life on their own.
