Zapalne linijne brodawkujące znamię naskórkowe (inflammatory linear verrucous nevus – ILVEN) jest odmianą znamienia naskórkowego, dla którego typowe są przewlekłe zmiany zapalne, układające się linijnie. Dolegliwością towarzyszącą jest świąd. Pierwsze objawy pojawiają się zwykle w okresie dzieciństwa. Najczęstszą lokalizacją są kończyny i tułów. W pracy przedstawiono przypadek pacjentki z ILVEN z symetrycznym układem zmian i typowymi cechami histopatologicznymi, u której zastosowano zabiegi z użyciem lasera CO2.
