After an organ transplant, all patients need to take immunosuppressive drugs to prevent organ rejection. However, it should be remembered that the chronic use of immunosuppressants is associated with numerous side effects, including carcinogenesis. In this article we presence a case of 24 year old patient with laryngeal tumor, who took immunosuppressive drugs after kidney transplantation.
