Spinal cord infarction (SCI) is one of the less frequently described conditions in the context of rehabilitation algorithms, despite the fact that its consequences are generally extensive and permanent. This paper presents a concept for the rehabilitation of a patient with SCI in the late stage, mainly based on soft tissue therapies, covering a 4-year treatment period. The result of the work was a significant reduction in initial pain, improvement in superficial and deep sensation, and improvement in posture and gait patterns, confirmed by the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) scale for the lower limbs of neurological patients and measurements using a dolorimeter and inclinometer. The individualized approach allowed the intensity of therapy to be adjusted to the patient’s tolerance, ensuring safety while maximizing the benefits of the techniques used. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of results provided feedback that allowed for the refinement of intervention strategies throughout the rehabilitation process. The case study suggests that manual techniques involving soft tissue therapy may be an effective form of rehabilitation for this group of people.
