Creation of intestinal fistula is injury difficult for accepting by patient, especially in the old age, having the influence on functioning in all fields of his life. The knowing the fields of deficit in seniors selfservice should contribute to their elimination and introduction of steered working, undertaken by medical staff, family and the groups of the support, aiming to the improvement of functioning older persons in their everyday life.
