We would like to inform the participants of 32nd EACD Annual Meeting in Poznań who have paid their participation fee that the fee remains valid for the new conference date – 25-28 November.

In case of resignation, a handling fee of 30% shall be charged.

The event complies with the The MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice.

The fees include Polish VAT tax.

The conference package includes the following:
– participation in conference sessions,
– detailed programme of events,
– conference materials,
– certificate of attendance,

To take part in the Conference, you need to:
– register your attendance,
– pay the conference fee to the publishing house’s bank account,
– accept the terms and conditions of participation.

Please specify the final recipient of services who will be specified on the invoice. In accordance with procedures followed by the Publishing House, we limit the issue of corrective invoices, so please make sure that the invoice data are complete and final.

Deadline for accepting payments by bank transfer: 18 November 2020
Cancellation of attendance must be made in writing (by post, fax, e-mail) by 12 November 2020. After that date, paid fees will not be refunded.

Participants making payments upon arrival cannot be guaranteed a full conference package.
