This paper introduces advances of irradiation techniques employed breast, cervical and endometrial cancers management. The new modality of breast cancer treatment such as IMRT, Deep Inspiratory Breath Hold, Active Breath Control have been described. Special attention have been put to a possibility of healthy tissue sparing with advanced techniques employment. The future directions of investigation have been drown.
Radiotherapy remains one of the main methods of cervical and endometrial cancers management. There is possibility of decreasing treatment squeal decreasing with IMRT technique, which was also described. Advances in radiation therapy of most common cancers in women gives chance to increase therapeutic ratio, improve treatment results with decreasing risk of complication. keywords:
