The climacterium in women associated with appearance vasomotor, somatogenic and psychical symtomps. The most burdensome are dysfunction of digestive and urinary system.
The aim of the studies was to grade influence of physical exercise on elimination disorder coexistence with disturbance of activity digestive and urinary systems in women surgered by vaginal way.
Material and methods: The research involved 30 menopausal women which in first part of 2008 was operated by vaginal way in the Clinic of Surgical Gynecology of the Poznan University of Medical Science.
Results: The application physical exercises after vaginal surgeries in purpose function of digestive and urinary systems noticed in 20 (66%) women, in 5 (17%) find a little improvement and in 5 (17%) not noticed distinct improvement.
Conclusion: A profitable influence physical exercises is noticed on the beginning. The warm and professional contact with women is very important in process of heal.
