Total hip alloplasty in patients with ankylosing spondylitis needs specifical kinds of physiotherapy treatment. Biomechanical condition of the organism connected with typical changes in ankylosing spondylitis require to compromise in therapy between optimal, effective geit pattern and control of ankylosing process of succesive joints. Our aim was to present factors impacting the good effects of rehabilitation after surgical treatment, with special attention at early hospital period.
