Chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) is an extremely common vascular disease that affects 10-15% of men and 20-25% of women. It is estimated that approximately 50% of people over the age of 50 routinely undergo medical or surgical treatment for problems related to this disease. For patients with CVI and hemorrhoidal disease (HD), the multifaceted effects that are responsible for the occurrence of symptoms of these diseases require the pleiotropic effect of rationally associated products. The paper presents effective and safe combinations of active substances leading to the reduction of symptoms of both venous insufficiency and hemorrhoidal disease.
