An intravaginal foreign body of long duration: a case report of a girl 14-years old

This report presents the case of a girl 14-years old, who had a metallic intravaginal foreign body for over four years duration, without clinical symptoms. The foreign body, after incidental diagnosis, was successfully removed under the spinal anesthesia.
