The paper presents the colposcopic picture of the vaginal vessels found in cases of patients after radiotherapy performed because of cancer of the cervix uteri. The aim, the way of performance, the criteria of diagnosis and the difficulties in colposcopy of the vaginal stump are described. Methods of differentiation of vascular lesions appearing after radiotherapy and pathological vessels growing during neoplastic angiogenesis are presented in this publication.
