Fetal loss in a patient with the antiphospholipid syndrome

A 32-year-old female was described with a history of recurrent pregnancy loss, who was diagnosed for the antiphospholipid syndrome. During the course of the fourth gestation paternal lymphocyte transfusion has been performed, however, pregnancy was unsuccessful and sudden intrauterine fetal death occurred in 28th week of gestation.
