The journal has been co-funded from the state budget under the "Rozwój Czasopism Naukowych" program by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Poland, as part of agreement RCN/SP/0003/2021/1 (2023-2024), dated January 20, 2023

The funding amount is 92,000 PLN, and the total value of the project is 109,600 PLN. The project encompasses three tasks aimed at enhancing the international standing of the journal:

1.       Providing an electronic tool for editorial and publishing process management, as well as digitization and open access through the Internet for the English-language journal Biology of Sport.

2.       Ensuring English language editing - improving the quality of publications.

3.       Typesetting and digitization of manuscripts, along with intensified promotion and dissemination of publications.

Czasopismo zostało dofinansowane ze środków budżetu państwa w ramach programu "Rozwój czasopism naukowych" Ministerstwa Edukacji i Nauki w ramach umowy RCN/SP/0003/2021/1 na lata 2023-2024, z dnia 20.01.2023. 

Wartość dofinansowania wynosi 92 000 zł, a całkowita wartość zadania to 109 600 zł. W ramach projektu realizowane są trzy zadania ukierunkowane na podniesienie międzynarodowej pozycji czasopisma:

1.       Zapewnienie narzędzia elektronicznego do zarządzania procesem redakcyjnym i wydawniczym oraz digitalizacji i otwartego dostępu poprzez Internet w anglojęzycznym czasopiśmie Biology of Sport

2.       Zapewnienie anglojęzycznej korekty językowej - poprawa jakości publikacji

3.       Składanie i digitalizacja manuskryptów oraz intensyfikacja promocji i upowszechniania publikacji.
