Ureaplasma urealiticum is frequently isolated microorganism from genitourinary tract in humans, however, it is thought that about 20% NGU is related to infection will this bacterium. These bacteria are significantly susceptible to macrolides. Roxithromycin shows high efficacy and azithromycin was well tolerated. Gynecologists are often obliged to diagnose SDI and their effect on early pregnancy and decide on the treatment. Macrolides are a group of safe and efficient drugs against microorganism.
