Phase contrast cytology in diagnostics of vaginal atrophy and cervix

The use of phase contrast cytology was presented to the diagnosis of vaginal atrophy and cervix. The colposcopic, histological and cytological features of atrophy were taken down. Diagnostic criteria and the usefulness of the phase contrast method in the ambulant care over the patient in the postmenopausal age were talked over.
